I recently was in Rehoboth and had such a great experience at Salt Air. My guests and I started out with salads, and they were delicious! I had the Shrimp Salad Wedge (no, I didn’t eat this all myself!) My other guest had the Beet Salad, which was roasted beets, pistachios, and goat cheese served on top of arugula. It looked amazing. For my main course I ordered the Seafood Stew. It was so good that I was almost tempted to ask for a straw to drink the saffron tomato broth. Our dessert resembled a candy bar…loaded with caramel, chocolate, coconut and I’m not even sure what else. It sure was worth the carbs!
